General Questions

1. If I add payment information on your site, is it secure?
Absolutely. We've put all appropriate security measures in place to protect you against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. Think of us as Fort Knox.

2. Will my unused monthly download credits roll over from month-to-month?
Your credits refresh every month, on the same day that you originally subscribed, and last for 30 days. At that time the credit counter will reset so you'll have to make sure you've used them all by the last day. But, with an ever-growing catalog of 2000+ songs, we're pretty sure you won't have a problem using all of your downloads.

3. I accidentally lost/deleted my song download. Do I have to pay to download it again?
You sure don't! Every time you download a song, you are given 4 free "backup downloads" to make sure you don't lose anything. Just go to the "My Downloads" section of your account to track how many backups you have left  for each song.

4. My choir has grown in size. Do I need to pay you for more copies?
Nope! Your purchase of Discover Worship music gives you the flexibility to make additional copies of the music as your choir grows, at no additional cost to you. That way you can to buy what your choir really wants: silk hats to match their choir robes, right? Please keep in mind that you cannot make copies of the music for other churches or organizations. They’ve got to get their own.

5. I need more music each month. Do you offer other options? 
We sure do. Discover Worship offers three different subscription levels to make our service as flexible as possible. If you decide that you need more songs, you can upgrade anytime, and you'll be pro-rated for the amount of time left in your current subscription.

6. When does my subscription expire? 
Depending on the type of subscription you choose, your subscription will last either one month or one year from your start date. The subscription will renew automatically and your debit/credit card will be charged unless you cancel beforehand. 

7. Do you offer Christmas and Easter music, and when are they released? 
We currently offer hundreds of seasonally-themed songs and musicals, and that number is always growing. 

8. Do you offer orchestrations?
We have orchestrations available with some songs, and they can be downloaded for 2-3 credits per song.

Technical Questions

1. Do you mail CDs or printed sheet music?
In order to ensure that you get your music instantly, without any shipping charge or mail delay, all of our music is transferred to you in a ZIP file download.

2. But I really like CDs!
We know that some of our subscribers really like using the CDs. But producing CDs involve so many additional steps and opportunities for error that it was ceasing to make sense, both practically and economically. Using an online-distribution model allows us to release songs on a weekly basis, and make them immediately available to our subscribers on any computer at any time.

3. So can I preview the songs?
You can preview every single song right here on the new site.

4. Can I put these songs on a blank CD?
Absolutely!  You can use programs like Windows Media Player or iTunes (which come with almost every computer in the world) to easily burn CDs with the MP3s you’ve downloaded from our website.

5. Wait, wait. What is an MP3 and how do I use one?
Simply put, an MP3 is a computer file that plays a piece of music. You can play them easily in the programs mentioned before, or put them on a portable music player like an iPod or cellphone or whatever new doodad is the big thing this week. If you own a computer, the chances are good that you’ve used MP3s before without even knowing it. They’re just that simple. 

6. And I can put them on a CD?
That’s right. Using a blank disc, you can put together a CD that will play in any normal stereo.

7. Will there still be sheet music included?
Absolutely.  When you download a song, you will receive all the tracks, charts, lyrics, and other files bundled together in one easy ZIP file. And you can still print as many copies of the sheet music as you want for your church music ministry.

8. ZIP file? What’s that?
A ZIP file contains several other computer files that have been compressed (zipped) into one smaller file for easier storage. When you download a ZIP file onto your computer, you can unzip it (usually by double-clicking the file or using a program like WinZip) which will then place all the contents of the ZIP file into a folder on your computer.

1. Do you promote a doctrinal position or Statement of Faith in your publications? 
Our material is interdenominational. We don't promote a specific doctrinal position, but offer products that meet the needs of the general Christian body. However, all of our material falls within the bounds of this general theology:

1. We believe there is one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
2. We believe Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of a virgin. He led a sinless life but chose to take on Himself the sins of humanity, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell and then rose from the dead on the third day. He ascended into heaven, is now seated at the right hand of the Father as our mediator and advocate, and will come again to judge the living and the dead.
3. We believe that the Bible is God’s Word, uniquely and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, and is the ultimate authority regarding all matters on which it speaks.
4. We believe that God's people are called to holiness in all aspects of our lives, and live with the goal of being conformed to the image of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

2. What is your copyright policy?
All music purchased from Discover Worship may be reproduced for use within your own church or parish. It's up to each church/subscriber to decide to whom to the account login information is issued. Only the following restrictions apply: 
1. Your church may not share the music or content with other churches or parishes within your denomination. 
2. Your church may not republish the music or content in any form for resale or redistribution.

3. Can I use a Discover Worship song on a church-produced CD for sale? 
You can, and here’s how to do it:

If you wish to use a Discover Worship-owned copyright, you must send to us, in writing, an official license request outlining the song title, the title of the recording project, release date of the project, retail price, anticipated manufacturing quantities, and all other pertinent information. Be sure to include your complete contact information in case further information is needed. If accepted, an official mechanical license/invoice will be issued to you based on the statutory mechanical rate multiplied by the anticipated manufacturing quantities, unless other arrangements have been discussed. Please allow four to six weeks for a response.

4. How do I cancel my Discover Worship account?
If you want to cancel at the end of your term, just contact us by phone or email to do so. Please note that Discover Worship does not offer refunds. 

5. Do you accept song submissions? 
We do accept solicited and unsolicited material. You can send typed lyric sheets and a demo CD to the following address:

6. How do I know if I have one of your songs on a CD you've sent me before?
On each song's product page, there's a unique number (called a SKU) underneath the Song Title.  That contains information about when the song was originally released.  For example, if a song has a SKU of WT-065-08, that means it was released on Worship Today CD #65. If the SKU says RS-10-04, that means it was released on RiverSpring CD #10.  To find the title of each CD, you can refer to the list below:
