Can I get a refund?

Do I need a fancy computer to do this?
Nope! To use the website you simply need an internet connection and a good web browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox, both totally free) to use the website. Any computer from the last 10 years can handle the MP3 and PDF files that we send to you.
I don't have high speed Internet. Can I use the site?
You sure can, though it will obviously be slower than we'd like it to be. :) Some products like musicals or collections may be too large to reliably download over a dial-up connection, so we'd recommend waiting until you're using a computer with a high-speed connection before downloading them.
Can I share my account with another member of my staff?
Sure! Discover Worship is designed to be a solution for the entire church. They can login using the same e-mail and password that you have assigned to the account.
Can I share my account with another church?
Unfortunately, no. If you'd like to give a subscription to another church, please contact us at 1-866-859-7622 and we'll be happy to work that out.
I accidentally lost/deleted the song I downloaded. Can I download it again?
You're in luck! We keep a record of all the songs you've downloaded from the website. Just go to the "My Downloads" section of your account and you can download the song again.
My choir has grown in size. Do I need to pay you for more copies?
Good News! Your subscription price is tied to the size of your congregational attendance rather than the size of your choir. If your average weekly attendance grows, there may be a very modest increase in your annual fee. (And growing would be a good thing, right?) On the other hand, if your church experiences significant downsizing, then the next year you might qualify for a reduction in your membership price. Either way, your annual DW subscription allows you to make as many copies as you need—whatever the size of your music program.
Please keep in mind that you cannot make copies of the music for other churches or organizations. They've got to get their own membership :)
When does my subscription expire?
Your initial purchase is for one year of membership. After one year, your credit/debit card will be automatically charged again and your account will renew automatically so you don't experience any interruption in your membership. To prevent the automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription before that year is up. Late cancellations will result in a refunded payment, minus a 15% processing fee.
Do you offer Christmas and Easter music, and when is it released?
Absolutely! We currently offer hundreds of seasonally-themed songs and musicals, and that number is always growing. Christmas music is released between June and August, and Easter music is released between December and January.
Do you offer orchestrations?
Yes! At Discover Worship we have full or simple orchestrations available for over 170 songs and musicals with your Annual Unlimited membership—which is only $100 more than the Annual Basic membership.
So I can really download all the songs I want?
That's right! Our Annual Memberships let you download as many pieces as you need, up to 25 per day.
Do you mail CDs or printed sheet music?
In order to ensure that you get your music instantly, without any shipping charge or mail delay, all of our music is transferred to you in a ZIP file download.
How do I put these songs on a CD?
You can use programs like Windows Media Player or iTunes (which come with almost every computer in the world) to easily burn CDs with the MP3s you’ve downloaded from our website.
Wait a minute, what's a ZIP file?
A ZIP file is like a virtual briefcase or paperclip that bundles several files together. This lets us send you one ZIP file per song rather than 7-10 files. When you've downloaded that ZIP file to your computer, you can unzip it, and it will create a folder that contains all the files included.
Wait, wait again! What's an MP3 and how do I use one?
Simply put, an MP3 is a computer file that plays a piece of music. You can play them easily in the programs mentioned before, burn them onto a CD, or put them on a music player like an iPod or iPhone or whatever gadget is the big thing this week.
Will there be sheet music included?
Absolutely. When you download a song, you will receive all the charts, lyrics, and any other relevant files. The sheet music is in PDF format, which can be opened easily by Windows or Mac computers, with more options available using the free Adobe Reader program. And you can still print as many copies of the sheet music as you want for your church music ministry.
What is your copyright policy?
All music downloaded from Discover Worship may be reproduced for use within your own church or parish. It's up to each church/subscriber to decide to whom to the account login information is issued. Only the following restrictions apply:
- Your church may not share the music or content with any other churches or parishes, even those within your denomination.
- Your church may not republish the music or content in any form for resale or redistribution.
Do you promote a doctrinal position or Statement of Faith in your publications?
Our material is interdenominational. We don't promote a specific doctrinal position, but offer products that meet the needs of the general Christian body. However, all of our material falls within the bounds of the general theology below:
Can I use a Discover Worship song in a church-produced CD for sale?
You can, and here's how to do it:
If you wish to use a Discover Worship-owned copyright, you must send to us, in writing, an official license request outlining the song title, the title of the recording project, release date of the project, retail price, anticipated manufacturing quantities, and all other pertinent information. Be sure to include your complete contact information in case further information is needed. If accepted, an official mechanical license/invoice will be issued to you based on the statutory mechanical rate multiplied by the anticipated manufacturing quantities, unless other arrangements have been discussed. Please allow four to six weeks for a response.
How do I cancel my Discover Worship account?
If you want to cancel you can do so in your account page, or you can contact us by phone or email as well.Please note that Discover Worship does not offer refunds on original purchases. Late cancellations after automatic subscription renewal will be refunded minus a 15% processing fee.

How do I know if I have one of your songs on a CD you've sent me before?
On each song's product page, there's a unique number (called a SKU) underneath the Song Title. That contains information about when the song was originally released. For example, if a song has a SKU of WT-065-08, that means it was released on Worship Today CD #65. If the SKU says RS-10-04, that means it was released on RiverSpring CD #10. If you have any other questions, plesae call us toll-free at 1-866-859-7622.
